Online Coaching

Online Coaching includes the benefits of having an in-person trainer along with the added flexibility of having all you need to succeed, on your phone!

What to expect when you sign up for online coaching:

  • Bespoke progressive training programme, tailored to you, your goals and your abilities
  • Personal training app where you can log your workouts, keep track of your progress and have an instant chat option to contact your trainer
  • Daily and weekly accountability from your coach
  • Nutritional support - your coach will work out your personalized calories and macros. A recipe eBook of your choice will also be provided which usually retails for $30. (High Protein, Low-Carb, 5-Ingredient, Smoothie, Vegan or Vegetarian)
  • Weekly 1:1, in-depth check-in with your coach

Personal Training

Personal training and group training is currently carried out from CityFitness Ashburton, Canterbury.

What you can expect from your personal trainer:

  • Complementary Goal Setting session
  • Work with you one-on-one to design an engaging and optimal exercise programme to help you hit your goals
  • Form analysis - teaching you to safely use the gym equipment so you can safely use the gym independently
  • Accountability - your trainer will not only monitor your progress and reassess your goals regularly but also hold you accountable to make sure you reach them!
  • Nutritional Guidance - your coach will work out your personalized calories and macros as well as providing you with as much help as you need along the way to not only reach your goals, but lead you on the path to a sustainable and balanced lifestyle.
